Mark practices intellectual property law. He assists in preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign utility and design patent applications for publicly and privately-held businesses, institutional clients and individuals. Mark also works closely with clients to prepare and prosecute trademark applications and, in matters of licensing, trade secrets, patent infringement and validity concerns. Mark is a member of the Ohio State and Cleveland Bar Associations. A published member of Law Review, he graduated from the University of Akron School of Law, summa cum laude. He received his M.B.A. from Case Weatherhead School of Management and his B.S., cum laude, in mechanical engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Mark was employed with Lubrizol Corporation as a mechanical engineer for 10 years and served as an engineering group manager for three additional years. He joined Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP in 2004. |
