Mark R. Ross has been a director of Autobytel since August 2001. Mr. Ross was a founding investor and director of Autoweb from 1996 until its merger with Autobytel in August 2001. From 1999 until March 2004 Mr. Ross was a Managing Director of Chatsworth Securities L.L.C. an investment firm. Since May 1996 Mr. Ross has been Managing Director of Cogito Capital Partners L.L.C. a merchant bank focusing on advising investing in and raising funds for technology companies. Mr. Ross has served on the board of advisors of numerous Internet companies including iCastle.com and MediaPlex Inc. Since May 1984 Mr. Ross has served as President Chief Executive Officer and a director of On Word Information Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Lehigh University and studied at the graduate level in education at the University of Massachusetts.
