Mark Hamilton is a Resident Partner in our Pittsburgh Office. Mark is a Pittsburgh native who received his Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in 1976 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1979. His practice has been devoted primarily to the areas of medical malpractice, product liability, commercial litigation, municipal and civil rights litigation, personal injury insurance law and general casualty litigation. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, as well as the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mark has defended clients throughout not only western Pennsylvania but also in West Virginia and Ohio. Mark has tried numerous cases to verdict over the last 25 years and has earned a reputation amongst his peers and his clients as a well-respected and excellent trial attorney. Mark is a popular lecturer and panelist on a variety of professional topics before regional and national audiences. He and his wife, Susan, are active in numerous civic and charitable organizations in Western Pennsylvania. |
