Mr. Stark joined the company in June 2003 as Vice President Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer. He oversees TXCO's accounting finance and treasury functions. Mr. Stark has more than 25 years of corporate financial experience with an emphasis in the natural resources and agribusiness industries. He held senior financial positions for such publicly traded firms as Dawson Production Services Inc. and Venus Exploration Inc. before coming to TXCO. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University in 1978 and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1977. |
