Mark P. O'Flynn is the Controller of WGL Holdings and Washington Gas Light Company. Mr. O'Flynn oversees the areas of financial reporting; tax research planning and compliance; accounting transaction processing; policies and procedures; and financial planning and control.
From 1999-2001 Mr. O'Flynn served as Vice President and Controller of GPU Energy Inc. a public utility holding company with interests in regulated and non-regulated businesses. From 1997-1999 he served as an energy consultant and commodity trader for Arc Energy a professional energy consulting practice. He served in various capacities with Columbia Gas and its affiliates from 1970-1997. He was Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer/Controller of Columbia Gas Transmission and Columbia Gulf Transmission from 1993-1997.
Mr. O'Flynn received his Bachelor of Science from Ohio State University and is a certified public accountant.
He is married to Joanne Marshall of Wilmington Delaware. |
