Mark Hummels joined the firm in 2005 after graduating summa cum laude, first in his class, and Order of the Coif from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. He was the Case Notes Editor for the Arizona Law Review, and received an award for the best published student note for 2003-2004. Mark earned the highest score on the July 2004 Arizona bar exam.
In his previous career, Mark was a politics and government reporter for the daily Santa Fe New Mexican newspaper. Before joining the firm, Mark served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Andrew D. Hurwitz of the Arizona Supreme Court.
Mark's diverse legal practice includes commercial litigation, appeals, lawyer discipline matters, and criminal defense work. He also counsels clients in administrative and regulatory matters.
