Director since April 2004. Since 1990, Mr. Gorenberg has been a managing member of Hummer Winblad Equity Partners II, L.P., Hummer Winblad Equity Partners III LLC, Hummer Winblad Equity Partners IV, LLC and Hummer Winblad Equity Partners V, LLC. Previously, Mr. Gorenberg was a Senior Software Manager in advanced product development at Sun Microsystems, Inc., a provider of network computing products and services. Mr. Gorenberg currently serves as a director of a number of privately held companies. He is also a member of the Corporation of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mr. Gorenberg holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a M.S. in Engineering Management from Stanford University.
