Background/Experience:
Received Bachelor of Science Degree from Le Moyne College.
Fourteen years of public accounting experience providing accounting, business advisory, corporate tax, review, compilation and audit services, and internal control/audit outsourcing services.
Mark’s client service experience includes financial institutions, not-for-profit, manufacturing, distribution entities, and employee benefit plans.
Mark has gained an extensive background in providing auditing, accounting and tax services, as well as internal control evaluations to financial institutions with total assets ranging in size from $30 million to over $1 billion.
Mark has assisted numerous financial institutions in developing internal audit departments including documenting risk assessments, establishing audit schedules and training department personnel.
