Mr. Oveson is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Based in the Denver office, he works with the firm's Finance and Bankruptcy & Restructuring groups. Mr. Oveson represents a range of clients, including banks, asset-based lenders, mezzanine lenders and borrowers in a wide range of personal property and real estate transactions. Mr. Oveson’s finance transactions display an array of experience. He has represented an asset-based lender in the restructuring of a working line of capital and letter of credit facility for a group of energy trading companies. He has assisted borrowers with the financing of liquid natural gas and ethanol production facilities. Mr. Oveson has acted as lender's counsel, providing senior and mezzanine debt financing in the acquisition of medical and aerospace component manufacturing companies. In addition, he has represented a borrower in the securitization of its installment sale contracts for manufactured homes. He has also represented a lender in mezzanine financing of apartment complexes, both acquisitions and new construction. |
