Mr. Wagar is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 30 years experience spanning multiple healthcare venues, including for-profit, not-for-profit and public companies. Mr. Wagar has served as Chairman & CEO of Radiologix, Inc., a $270 million diagnostic imaging company with over 2,500 employees and 116 centers in 17 states throughout the US. Prior to that, he served as President and other positions for Caremark Rx, Inc., a publicly traded operator of pharmacy benefit management services with over $15 billion market capitalization. He joined Caremark through its acquisition of Mullikin Medical Enterprises, Inc., where he served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Mullikin, Mr. Wagar was President for Cigna Healthcare of California, the largest healthcare division of Cigna Corporation, a multi-line insurance and investment company with over $18 billion revenue. He holds a B.A. and an M.H.A. from Ohio State University. |
