Antitrust and Commercial Litigation
Mr. Callister has extensive experience in commercial and business litigation with an emphasis on antitrust, lender liability, and complex contract disputes. Mr. Callister served as Vice Chairman of the State Action Immunity Committee of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section. He was appointed Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Montana in 1996 and has represented clients in antitrust investigations before the United States Federal Trade Commission and the Utah Attorney General's Office. He was recently named one of Utah's "legal elite" by the Utah Business Magazine.
