Mr. Boling was appointed to his present position in December 2002. He joined the Company in January 2002 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Boling had a private law practice in Houston specializing in the oil and gas industry since 1993. Previously, Mr. Boling was a partner with Fulbright and Jaworski L.L.P. where he was employed from 1982 to 1993. Mr. Boling holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from DePauw University. |
