Mark Welshimer has been a partner of Sullivan & Cromwell since 1983. He is a member of the Firm's Corporate Finance Group and Banking Group and the coordinator of its Structured Finance Group. Mr. Welshimer's practice generally focuses on structured financings and capital markets activities, with a particular focus on new products. He also has a broad-based transactional and regulatory practice involving foreign and domestic banks and bank holding companies.
