Mark is an managing director at Eureka. He has 10 years of investment banking experience, including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring and private equity and debt. He has significant industry experience in aerospace/defense, airline, general manufacturing and consumer products. Prior to Eureka, he was a director at Andersen Corporate Finance LLC in Los Angeles, CA. He held associate positions at Crowell, Weedon & Co. and at H.J. Meyers & Co, both in Los Angeles. He began his investment banking career at William E. Simon & Sons in Los Angeles. Mark received his M.B.A, with concentrations in Finance and Organizational Strategy from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. He received his B.A. in Economics, with honors from the University of California at Irvine. He is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) through the NASD. |
