Description of Practice:
Mark J. Hattam is a partner in the firm's San Diego office. His practice consists of litigation in state and federal courts regarding commercial, real property, corporate, and water rights disputes. Additionally, he is experienced in appellate litigation, alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation, and administrative hearings. He has represented major institutional and public clients in significant civil litigation. Examples include disputes between California water agencies regarding the Colorado River; earthquake insurance litigation after the Northridge Earthquake; major commercial landlord-tenant litigation; and trust litigation.
Educational History:
Mr. Hattam received his B.A. from the University of Colorado with honors, and graduated Order of the Coif from Loyola University of Los Angeles in acquiring his J.D. |
