Mark Brown rejoined Brookfield Properties as Senior Vice President, Finance in 2005 after two successful years at Brookfield Asset Management where he was a key contributor to their asset management initiatives in the U.S. Mark is responsible for managing Brookfield Properties' debt profile, managing capital partner alliances and working on a number of strategic initiatives including investment funds. At Brookfield Properties from 2000-2003, Mark managed the finance function for U.S. commercial operations and contributed to the company's corporate financial strategies.
Prior experience includes nine years with Salomon Smith Barney and Citicorp Real Estate, Inc. Mark holds a Masters of Business Administration from York University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Laurentian University. |
