Mark began his career with Price Waterhouse in 1981. He received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1983 and continued working in Price Waterhouse’s Calgary office until 1987. Since then he has held numerous senior positions in both private and public oil and gas and oilfield service companies including EnServ Corporation Total Energy Services Ltd. and Torrent Energy Corporation. Mark joined EnServ Corporation in 1987 and was the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Rental and Environmental divisions until 1993. EnServ was acquired by Precision Drilling. Mark was the CEO of Total Energy Services Ltd. from 1997 to 1999 and the CEO of Torrent Energy Corporation from 2004 to 2006. He has been the CEO of Triangle Petroleum Corporation since May 2005. |
