Mr. Zimmer has been a Wall Street professional for over 20 years. His positions have included risk trading in high grade multi optioned securities, high yield and distressed bonds and equities. He was a partner of Cowen and Company, head of Liability Management for PaineWebber, a Director and Head Trader in the High Yield Department for SunTrust Bank and Managing Director and Head Trader for Amroc Investments focusing on Distressed securities. Mr. Zimmer holds a series 63, 7, 55 and 24 securities licenses. Mr. Zimmer graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics. |
