Mark is Director of Strategic Alliance Group's Senior-Level Placements Division and its Diversity Recruiting Division. Prior to joining SAG, he served as Managing Director of Miles Parker Associates, LLC, a national executive search firm. His extensive experience in the field of retained executive search spans more than 30 years. Mark has held Managing Director and senior-level positions with such firms as KPMG International (Bearing Point), A.T. Kearney Executive Search, and Foster Partners (an alliance firm of KPMG).

Mark began his professional career handling public relations for two Canadian international shipping companies. Thereafter, he transitioned to executive search, spending the next four years working for a Montreal-based executive search firm. Mark then moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he created National Executive Consultants, Inc., a retainer executive search firm, specializing in financial services.

He has successfully completed numerous retained searches for senior-level executive positions and has handled projects for clients in a broad range of industries. He has conducted search engagements internationally, including engagements in the United Kingdom, France, Chile, Brazil, Haiti, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, Jamaica and Canada. His clients have included financial institutions, not-for-profits / foundations, agri-business, and supply chain / logistics providers.

Mark graduated from Sir George Williams University, Canada, with a B.A. degree in Psychology. He is an active member of the Miami Chamber of Commerce, as a Trustee, and currently serves on the Senior Executive Orientation Committee. He is also an active Campaign Member of the United Way of Broward County and has been involved with the Association for Corporate Growth and the Central Agency of Jewish Education. Mark has served as a Board member for the Canadian-American Chamber of Commerce, Camillus House, the Miami Opera Company, Take Stock in Children, and the Urban League of Broward County.

Mark has supported numerous performing arts associations and in his free time enjoys golf.
