Mr. Zukowski joined the firm in 1983 and has been a partner since 1988. He concentrates his practice on insurance law, alternative dispute resolution, accident and personal injury law, property law, construction law, and civil trials and appeals. Mr. Zukowski is a member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, the Arizona Dispute Resolution Association, and is an Arbitration Panel Member for the American Arbitration Association. He is a 1980 graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law and is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
