Mark D. Schatz is the Executive Vice President and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions of Iron Triangle Payment Systems. Mr. Schatz brings over 16 years experience in the payments industry, with key corporate development and market development responsibilities on both the issuing and acquiring sides of the electronic payments business. Mr. Schatz's contributions in the industry have garnered industry recognition spanning from accomplishments with Citicorp on ground breaking work early on in the development of behavioral scoring tools on the card issuing side of the business - to the development and execution of transformational acquisition and divestiture transactions for 4 of the top 15 merchant acquirers in the United States. Specifically, for four years with Michigan National Bank, four years with Bank One, four years with National Processing Company, and most recently two years with Fifth Third Bank, Mr. Schatz played principal roles in defining and successfully executing key growth/ acquisition and divestiture strategies. |
