Litigation
Mark D. Kotwick is a partner in Seward & Kissel's Litigation group. Mr. Kotwick has practiced law since 1989 and became a partner in the Firm in 2000.
Mr. Kotwick provides litigation services in a wide variety of matters, including those involving banking and commercial disputes, employment law, securities litigation and partnership and real estate disputes. He regularly advises clients on employment law matters, including employment contracts, restrictive covenants, reductions in force and other workplace issues.
Mr. Kotwick received an B.S. degree with high honors from Grand Valley State University in 1986, and a J.D. degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1989. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers' Association, and the Federal Courts Committee of the New York County Lawyers' Association.
Mr. Kotwick is admitted to practice before the New York State Courts and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. |
