Mark D. Gitlin, a founding partner in Ocariz, Gitlin & Zomerfeld, has represented a broad range of clients and served as an expert witness in various legal proceedings during a career that spans 25 years.
A native of Miami, Mr. Gitlin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University in 1980 and received his state accreditation as a Certified Public Accountant in 1988. He co-founded OGZ with Hiram Ocariz and Raymond Zomerfeld in 1989.
Mr. Gitlin's areas of expertise include providing accounting, consulting, taxation and auditing services to clients in wholesale and retail trades, construction, commercial printing, furniture manufacturing, professional services and divorce proceedings.
In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Gitlin also is certified by the Florida Real Estate Division and holds a Florida Banking and Finance Mortgage Broker license.
