Mark Finsterwald is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. His practice focuses on pre-trial litigation strategies and legal counseling for a variety of clients, including manufacturers, construction companies, internet-based businesses, and non-profit organizations.
Mark also has an active pro bono practice in which he has represented victims of domestic violence in hearings to extend judicial restraining orders.
Before joining Foley Hoag, Mark worked as a paralegal and government relations assistant for a law firm in Richmond, Virginia, where he assisted lobbyists and healthcare attorneys with legislative advocacy, political observation, legal research, and preparation for administrative hearings.
