Mark Calcara has nearly twenty-five years of experience in the practice of law. As a graduate of Kansas State University with a BS in Business, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi, and a law degree from Washburn University, and utility experiences since 1979, he has the unique ability to apply both his business and legal education to address business challenges.
