Mark C. Errico is counsel in the firm's Insurance Practice Group, and concentrates his practice on insurance coverage matters. Mark advises insurers in connection with a variety of complex coverage claims and litigation across the country, including coverage disputes relating to commercial general liability, intellectual property and business torts, and products liability. His practice also involves representing clients in the areas of commercial litigation and professional liability.
While attending law school, Mark worked as an intern for the Honorable Leonard I. Garth, Senior Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Honorable Alfred J. Lechner, Jr., U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was also a member of New York Law School Law Review and the Moot Court Association. Following law school, Mark worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Martin L. Greenberg, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County, Chancery Division, General Equity Part. |
