Mark is currently Executive Vice President and Principal of Cornish & Carey Commercial. He holds a B.S. in Pre-Law from Stanford University. Mark was a co-founder of Cornish & Carey's commercial division in 1971 and has played a key roll in C&C's tremendous growth. He is an active principal who has strong relationships with major corporations, the venture capital industry, and key developers. During Mark's 33 years with Cornish & Carey Commercial, he has leased or sold over 14.5 million square feet of property and has been involved in 810 acres of land sales. He has completed 976 lease/sale transactions for a combined value of over $760,000,000. Since 1965, Mr. Davis has been a partner in a real estate development company that has developed in excess of 36 properties (R&D, office and retail space, including a 200,000 square-foot build-to-suit) totaling 2,100,000 square feet. Mark and his wife, Patti, have two children and live in Atherton, California where they are very active in the community. |
