He has extensive experience in both state and federal courts as well as in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Second-chair of arbitration team that successfully defended a company in the medical research field against claims brought by one of its former members seeking an accounting and challenging the ownership of patents developed while he was with the company
Member of trial team that represented an author in a breach of contract claim and obtained a jury verdict dismissing all claims against they author
Successfully defended film studios and producers against copyright infringement and other causes of action arising out of plaintiff’s claim that a multimillion dollar motion picture was based on his screenplay; dismissal of all claims obtained prior to trial
Represented a not-for-profit organization in a suit brought by a subcontractor on the construction project for its new building; dismissal of all claims obtained prior to trial
