Mark Sperry joined Plug Power Inc. as Chief Marketing Officer in May 2000. Mr. Sperry directs all sales and marketing activities, including product strategy development, channel management, market engagement, marketing communications, and customer and product support for Plug Power.
Prior to joining Plug Power, Mr. Sperry spent 15 years at Xerox Corporation, where he most recently served as Vice President and General Manager for the Production Color Business within the North American Solutions Group. While at Xerox, he held a wide range of positions spanning finance, operations, marketing and strategy.
Mr. Sperry is a member of the General Electric Fuel Cell Systems management committee and holds a position on the Executive Committee of the American Marketing Association. Mr. Sperry earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Political Science from Dickinson College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Syracuse University.
