Mark A. Roth is Vice President of Corporate Development of the Company, and has held such position since March 2007. Mr. Roth joined Lindsay in 2004, as Director of Corporate Development. Prior to that time and since March 2001, Mr. Roth was an Associate with McCarthy Group, Inc., a Midwest-based investment bank and private equity fund. From January 1998 through February of 2001, Mr. Roth was a Senior Credit Analyst at US Bancorp. |
