Mark Reiff conducts senior executive search projects in the areas of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Sports Management. A native of Indiana, Mr. Reiff represents Lonergan Partners for senior executive search projects in the Midwest and on the East Coast. While Mr. Reiff engages at all levels of senior management, he specializes in General Management assignments for networking and sports management organizations. Over the past four years, Mr. Reiff has conducted General Management projects for: Inktomi, Polycom, Alcatel, McKinsey & Company, Gluon Networks and Onix Microsystems, among others.In addition to his significant work in technology companies, Mark Reiff also maintains an important practice focused on senior search projects in college athletics. Mr. Reiff has recently completed Athletic Director searches for the University of Notre Dame and the University of Kansas and developed an athletic compensation report for Stanford University and the NCAA. Other projects which Mark has conducted include Athletic Director searches for: Arizona State University, Louisiana State University, University of Kansas, University of Houston, University of Michigan and the University of Minnesota, among others. Back to Principals Prior to joining Lonergan Partners, Mr. Reiff was a partner for three years at Heidrick & Struggles in their Silicon Valley offices. Working directly with Managing Partner Mark Lonergan, Mr. Reiff conducted a variety of senior executive projects in the Telecommunications and Networking industries. Mark was a member of both the Telecommunications Practice and a founding member of that firm's Sports Management Practice as well.Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Mark Reiff was the Men's Coordinator, Track and Field, at Stanford University, where he was responsible for recruiting, facility management, team management and athlete preparation. During this period, Stanford Athletics garnered five Sears Cups as the most successful NCAA Division I athletic program. His supervision of speed development for potential NFL draftees from Stanford contributed to the inclusion of several players on NFL rosters. Additionally, he served as Head Coach of the U.S. Olympic Festival East Team in 1987 and as Athlete Liaison, Track and Field, at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.Mr. Reiff holds a BS degree from the University of Indianapolis and an MS in Physiology from Indiana University. |
