Mark A. Montana, a member of the firm, concentrates his practice on intellectual property matters. Mark represents clients in connection with the preparation and prosecution of United States and foreign patent applications, particularly in the chemical, mechanical and related arts and provides counseling on trademark and copyright issues. Mark also provides counseling on intellectual property aspects of domestic and international transactions including licensing arrangements, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures, due diligence, and non-disclosure agreements.
Prior to practicing intellectual property law, Mark practiced in the areas environmental litigation and regulatory counseling. Before becoming an attorney, Mark was a chemical engineer with the United States Government.
