Mark A. Harris joined the Company in 1996. Mr. Harris assumed his current position in January 2006 as the Company shifted its organization from a global business unit structure to a regional business unit structure. With this change, Mr. Harris is currently responsible for the Company’s global strategy in its steel and metalworking businesses, global R&D, global key account management, global marketing, and other global processes. Mr. Harris was named Senior Vice President and Global Industry Leader Steel in July 2005 with responsibility for all aspects of the Company’s steel and fluid power businesses and its operations in South America through December 2005. From January 2001 through June 2005, he held the position of Vice President and Global Industry Leader Steel and, prior to that, was Regional Industry Manager for the Steel/Fluid Power business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. |
