Marjorie A. Day, Administrative Assistant of Black Rock Capital, LLC, joined BRC in March 2004. Before joining BRC, Ms. Day held the position of Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer with Mafcote, Inc. LLC, an international conglomerate involved in a variety of paper coating and stationery products. Ms. Day, also, served as the Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer of PhoenixcorHoldings, Inc., a middle market commercial finance and leasing company with specific interests in graphic arts and packaging. Subsequent to leaving Phoenixcor, Ms. Day had responsibility for the company’s cash management.
Ms. Day’s responsibilities at BRC include insurance, documentation, file management, Librarian, financial statement updates and customer relations.
Ms. Day is a graduate of Centenary College from which she holds an Associates degree. |
