Marius Nacht, a co-founder of Check Point, has served as a director of Check Point since its inception in 1993. Since 1999 he has served as a Senior Vice President of Check Point and since 2001 he has also served as Vice Chairman of the board of directors.
Prior to Check Point, Nacht was software development manager at Optrotech, a leader in PCB Computer Assisted Manufacturing (CAM). At Optrotech, Nacht co-founded the Graphic Arts Division, developing multi-disciplinary software/hardware devices. Before that, Nacht was in charge of the design and development for a large airborne system.
Nacht earned a B.S. Cum Laude in Physics and Mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Communication Systems from Tel Aviv University.
