Mr. Rosati has been with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since 1971, specializing in corporate law with an emphasis on high technology companies. In addition to Symyx, he is a director of Aehr Test Systems, Genus, Inc., Sanmina-SCI Corporation, and Vivus, Inc, all public companies, as well as several privately held companies. Mr. Rosati serves on the firm?s Executive Management Committee and is the Managing Partner of WS Investments, an investment partnership composed of the members and associates of the firm. He is an adjunct Professor at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Rosati holds a B.A. degree from University of California, Los Angeles, and a J.D. degree from Boalt Hall, UC Berkeley. |
