Mr. Gabelli is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and a director of Gabelli Asset Management Inc. Mr. Gabelli also serves as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lynch Interactive Corporation (AMEX: LIC), a publicly held provider of rural local exchange carrier services; Vice Chairman of Lynch Corporation (AMEX: LGL), a publicly held manufacturer of electronic display components; and a Director of Morgan Group Holdings, Inc., a public holding company. Mr. Gabelli also serves as a Governor of the American Stock Exchange, Overseer of Columbia University Graduate School of Business, Trustee of Fairfield University and Roger Williams University, Trustee of Winston Churchill Foundation and E.L. Wiegand Foundation, Director of the National Italian American Foundation and the American-Italian Cancer Foundation, and Chairman of the Patron's Committee of Immaculate Conception School.
