Ms. Simcox is a prominent, experienced executive with expertise in organizational development, strategic recruiting of senior executives, and client development for professional services firms through alumni relations programs. Ms. Simcox is currently the National Director, Alumni Relations for Deloitte & Touche. She was brought into this role to build a national program for Deloitte & Touche (US). She is responsible for the creation of a world-class business development support system utilizing alumni networking and placement. Ms. Simcox was a partner and a member of the Board of Directors of Heidrick and Struggles, a leading international executive recruiting firm. She developed business and conducted executive searches in virtually all industries and disciplines. She successfully identified and recruited Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, and Chief Operating Officers, as well as other senior executives.
