Marilyn is a consultant in the real estate department focusing on acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing of real property. She has substantial experience in hotel acquisitions and other transactions involving improved property. She also has broad commercial and retail leasing experience. Marilyn began her law career as an associate with an international law firm and for the past ten years was a solo practitioner with a transactional practice that included real estate transactions. In addition, she was a judicial intern for the Honorable William M. Hoeveler, United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
