Marie A. Halpin is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Chicago office. As a member of the Trial Department, her practice focuses on professional liability and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to attending law school, Marie was employed by Arthur Andersen & Co., where she audited and consulted with business enterprises. She is a certified public accountant.
Marie is admitted to the Illinois bar and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association. She clerked for the Honorable Donald P. O’Connell, formerly the chief judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.
