Ms. Jordan has been in our employ since March 2006 and currently serves as our Controller. She holds a bachelors degree in accounting science and a certified general accountants’ designation. Her work experience includes over 15 years of private and public company accounting and general administrative responsibilities in various capacities with a background ranging from manufacturing to technological industries, from mining to oil and gas industries, and from architectural services to medical related companies. Since January 1995, Ms. Jordan has been an independent management consultant providing administration, finance, and management support to various public and private companies in various industries and businesses. Since October 2004, Ms. Jordan is also the corporate secretary of Dermisonics Inc., an OTC Bulletin Board listed company that primarily focuses on the development and marketing of its transdermal and subdermal technologies for applications in the drug, skin care, and antiseptic fields. From January 1995 to November 2001, Ms. Jordan was the corporate secretary of Franchisemaster Technologies Inc., formerly Renaissance Golf (Canada) Inc., a Canadian Venture Exchange listed company. |
