Marianne’s practice focuses primarily on defending products liability, premises liability and toxic tort cases involving personal injury and wrongful death. She works on a national level to develop experts for several automobile manufacturers in toxic tort litigation. She also has experience handling appellate, oil and gas, and general commercial litigation.
Marianne was named as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star by Texas Monthly magazine in 2007.
