Ms. Essey is responsible for the organization's comprehensive performance improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Celtic Healthcare, Ms. Essey served as the Director for the Home Health Quality Improvement Organization Support Center (QIOSC) and for Pennsylvania's Quality Improvement Organization (QIO), Quality Insights of Pennsylvania. In this capacity, she has work closely with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to plan and implement national home health quality initiatives. She served as Director for the 2007 Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign to reduce avoidable hospitalizations. Ms. Essey has a BSN from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. |
