Margaret joined our firm in 1989. Her practice is in the areas of public finance, including representation of institutions, issuers, investment bankers, credit enhancers and corporate trustees; commercial lending, including representation of both lenders and borrowers; commercial leasing, including representation of both landlords and tenants; real estate; insurance regulation and consumer finance.Sample Matters
Represented a hospital, mental health facility, university and authority in recent bond financings.
Acts as general counsel to a local insurance company.

Margaret is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
Community Involvement
Margaret is very active in the local community. She has served on the Board of Trustees of Mt. St. Mary’s Academy in Manchester, New Hampshire, since 2001 and was elected chair in 2007. Margaret also serves on the Board of Directors of Neighbor Works Greater Manchester. She is a past Board Member of the Salvation Army in Manchester where she focused on Manchester’s Kids’ Café.
