Ms. Peterson is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She joined Carver in October 1999. Ms. Peterson came to Carver from Deutsche Bank where she served as a Compensation Planning Consultant in Corporate Human Resources. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank she was a Vice President and a Senior Human Resources Generalist for Citibank Global Asset Management. In addition to her 13 years in Human Resources Ms. Peterson has ten years of Systems and Technology experience from various positions held at each of JP Morgan and Chase Manhattan Bank. Ms. Peterson is a member of the Board of Friends of Columbia University's Double Discovery Center. Ms. Peterson earned a Bachelors Degree from Pace University an M.B.A. from Columbia University as a Citicorp Fellow and has been designated a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) by the American Compensation Association and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute. |
