He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in law enforcement administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in language arts from the University of Oklahoma. The majority of Mr. Massad's practice is devoted to insurance defense litigation. His practice includes a variety of civil litigation, including insurance and fraud related matters, personal injury, property and products liability defense. Mr. Massad also brings to the firm an asset of five (5) years experience in risk management and claims handling experience as a member of the risk management division for a major oil company. He has successfully handled jury and bench trials, summary judgment motions and numerous mediations both as attorney and mediator. Mr. Massad has completed 40 hours of MCLE training as an attorney-mediator and is qualified for appointment as a third-party mediator.
