Marcus C. Aguirre Professional Experience Mr. Aguirre is a member of Becker & Poliakoff’s statewide Litigation practice where he focuses on General Civil and Commercial Litigation. Recently, Mr. Aguirre has been defending employers in Fair Labor Standard Act wage and overtime litigation. He is also a member of the Firm's Community Association Litigation Practice Group and he is a supervising attorney in the Firm's expanding Collection and Foreclosure Department. His background includes civil litigation, real estate transaction litigation and personal injury law with substantial courtroom experience having conducted an average of three to four hearings weekly, including Motions for Summary Judgment and other substantive law hearings. Mr. Aguirre has experience in Federal and Appellate Court proceeding, as well as State Court. He has been successful in non-jury trials and arbitrations. His early experience in Real Estate and other business transactions gives him a distinct advantage in Civil and Commercial Litigation.
