Marcia has been Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Sunrise Securities Corp. since 1998. In addition to her activities with Sunrise Securities Corp., since October, 2003 Marcia has been the Chief Financial Officer of Sunrise Equity Partners, L.P., a $174 million SBIC fund, which makes direct investments in public companies.
Marcia has been in the securities industry since 1984. She was previously CFO for 14 years with Invemed Associates, Inc. and Brimberg & Co. Marcia attended Hunter College and received her securities education at the New York Institute of Finance. |
