Ms. Andrew, a partner in the Litigation Department and chair of the firm's Franchise Practice Area, practices in general commercial litigation with an emphasis on franchise and distributor relationships, software performance and intellectual property disputes, and ERISA litigation. She served as chair of the firm's Professional Women's Resource Group from 1999-2004. She is a member of the Middletown School Board and the Executive Committee of the Williams College Alumni Association of Greater Cincinnati. Ms. Andrew is admitted to practice in Ohio, before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Tenth Circuit and the District of Columbia. She graduated from Williams College and the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was Order of the Coif and served on the Articles Review Board of the Virginia Law Review.
