Marcelo A. Mottesi is a partner in the Global Securities Group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Mr. Mottesi is resident in the New York office, and his clients include U.S. and foreign banks and underwriting firms, as well as domestic and foreign companies.
Mr. Mottesi has participated in numerous offerings of debt and equity securities, privatizations, rights offerings and exchange offers in the United States and international capital markets. He has also participated in numerous structured financings and securitizations, as well as mergers, acquisitions and investments. In addition, Mr. Mottesi has worked on numerous project finance and infrastructure transactions in the context of both bank and capital-market financings.
Mr. Mottesi graduated from Biola University in 1987 and from Georgetown University School of Law in 1992. Mr. Mottesi is qualified to practice law in both New York and California.
